How long does it take for me to receive my order?

How do I create an account?
Click on the My Account icon at the top right corner of our website and follow the registration steps.
How do I change my shipping address?
If your order has not yet been processed, please contact us as soon as possible at support@kitensh.store to request an address change.
How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can also track your order by clicking on “Track Order” in the main menu.
Do you charge sales tax?
Applicable taxes and duties (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes.

Will my items arrive in one package?
Depending on product availability and warehouse logistics, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items.

I received the wrong item.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at support@kitensh.store with your order number, and we will assist you promptly.
My order arrived damaged.
Please contact us at support@kitensh.store within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and return the item(s) within 30 days.
After verification, we will issue a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
